Got a flat tire 45 minutes from home in 20 degree temperatures, I wasn't worried because this is why I have AAA, I spent the next 2 1/2 hours waiting only to be told they couldn't find anyone to help me. I pay for this service so I don't have to be a single woman in the dark changing a tire by myself, but at this point what choice did I have.

If I was able to give it a negative star I would this has been one of the worst company experiences I have ever had friends and family please choose someone else for an insurance coverage pick someone that actually cares about you and your property

Some lady backed into my husband's truck while he was driving in a parking lot. She claimed she was not in the car and that he drove right into her parked car? AAA is taking her word for it even though AAA is my husband's insurance company. And what kind of ridiculous lie for them to take. So now my husband is at fault for her driving into him.I'm not satisfied with how they handled the situation at all.

While traveling across country, I accidently locked my keys in my truck with my dogs inside at my hotel for the evening. I called my trip a # and was directed to a local aaa, they were super nice and had my truck open in less than 20 min. So very grateful!

Getting a phone response is not on their agenda. Even if working from home somebody should be responding to phone and policy concerns. This company quickly penalizes those with single infraction but is not a class act when it comes to customer service. Plenty room for improvement from my respective from one who spent their life in customer service.

My insurance agent Travis never cancelled my policy. I requested it to be cancelled and he never went through with the paperwork and of corse the calls aren’t recorded. I requested this to be cancelled last year and without contacting me by phone or email they apparently sent letters to my old adress and then sent it to collections even though I payed what he told me to to cancel my policy. They have my current address because I get renewal letters all the time. I am appalled by this and am calling better business bureau. My family has been with triple a for years so that’s why I went with them but I think specifically the st joe location and specifically Travis are at fault for this. I am legit so angry they would do this.
