Store clean, sales clerks greet you and help you with what you are looking for, Lowe's could take some lessons from these sales clerks they could teach them on how to treat their customers.

Always helpful, always pleasant at the checkout, always have what I need or know where I can find it, and they even fix storm windows n screens! The hardware dept is a marvel of things you didn't think you could find! I love this place. They have it all from hardware, the newest tools, cool patio. Grills and furnishings, and the most difficult thing to find in this segment.....great personal customer service!

Few empty spots on a few different shelves but still a larger variety of stuff to choose from. Unless you're health conscious, in which case you have a few less choices.

Pulled a set of Allen wrenches from the peg by the register at $23.99, range up 35.99, they sent someone back to price check brought a different but similar item and argued with me about what the price was. I won't return to any ace again. If you want to argue and redirect blame of mis priced items then I'll take my business elsewhere.

If you ever need help finding the right bolt, screw, nut, or any other hardware item, Westlake is absolutely the best choice, hands-down. Their associates are always extremely competent, professional, and friendly. Westlake is the perfect model of excellent customer service and they offer quality merchandise at fair prices.
