We had purchased 2 Optima Red top batteries that failed during winter weather. Took one back last week and the manager was more than helpful and checked battery and found it was faulty and replaced it under warranty but while I was there one employee was very rude and unprofessional but I was happy to get the battery replaced under warranty so I just blew off his rude behavior and then yesterday I returned the other one and again he was rude and unprofessional and I had to leave the battery overnight for testing and charging and when I returned today he informed me that the battery was charged and fixed and brought out one from behind the counter that was definitely used and that did not have the carry strap with it and pretty much said that was that and I told him I was 100% positive that mine had the carry strap on it when I brought it in here the day before he pretty much called me a liar and said it did not have the carry strap on it and I told him again due to the size and weight of it I remember getting it out of my vehicle and carry it by the strap into the store and sitting in on the counter and he again accused me of lying I told him I knew the store had cameras that he could review I see that I was not lying and he said he wouldn't bother with that and it is what it is but luckily another employee that was working went to the back and got me a strap off one of the new batteries so it would not be such a struggle caring mine out of the store. And again i told him I thought he was very rude and unprofessional and I asked him for his name or employee ID number and the number to their corporate office. He said he would not provide his name or ID and would not give me the number for the corporate office. Luckily the other employee that was helpful and got me the carry strap got me the number for the corporate office. I find this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable.

They let me barrow all the tools I needed to change my wife's alternator I did have to leave the deposit but it is refundable they were great help and I will be returning there next time I need to put on a part and don't have the correct tools

Me and my buddy were on a mission to find an adapter for my buddies car stereo, the guys at advance were very helpful as soon as we walked through the door, ultimately they didn't have the right part but that was because of miscommunication, very clean store, very knowledgeable staff, seemed like decent pricing also

I usually go to auto zone to get my parts. I may start going to advanced more often since the past few times I have been there I didn't have to wait for a day or two to get the part I need

I stopped at a different auto parts store prior to this to discuss issues I was having with my vehicle. I'm not an expert by any means but they were completely uneducated and wrong about their advice. I went down the road to Advanced Auto and spoke with an expert. She was incredibly informed and helpful. She guided me to a solution and recommend the correct part that ended in a correct solution! In the future I won't bother with the other auot part stores in the area and come back to Advanced Auto Parts.

VERY BAD SERVICE , I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG PARTS AND HAD TO GO BACK MANY TIMES. SO JUST GOT A REFUND AND WENT TO O'REILLYS FOR THE RIGHT PART. NEED BETTER TRAINING AT AUTO ZONE.
