Kevin did an amazing job installing my new battery. It wasn’t easy but he took his time and made sure he did it right. He must have built-in heaters in his hands… it was snowing the entire time and he kept on going.Thank you for helping my family, Kevin!

Counter guy doesn't pay close attention to the information that you are giving him. You repeat it several times. A good parts guy writes it down back in the day. This avoids the customer thinking if they are even paying any attention. There seems to be a lack of stocked parts. It's better than O'Reilly, though.
