I take my animals to this vet for a very long time today I had an emergency with one of my cats when I took him there they told me they don't do emergencies on the weekend because they only have one vet but the are call animal hospital when I see hospital I think 24/7 someone on call but no they tell you to call Kansas City I don't live in Kansas City I live in st.joe if I have an emergency with an animal what makes you think I can drive to Kansas City for my animals to be taken care of that's like going to this Hospital in st.joe with your head cut off and they telling you they don't do emergencies on the weekend to come back Monday or to go to Kansas City is that considered false advertisement but to end this on a good note they are good place to go for non-emergencies

I could not have asked for a better vet to send my dog to. All creatures in St. Joseph Mo. is amazing. The staff and doctors are really in it to help the animals. And After I had to put my dog Deogee down they sent me a card with heartfelt words and included his paw prints in them.

Want to give a HUGE shout out to All Creatures Animal Hospital chance is doing great! He was asking for food while I was eating dinner and is walking again with not many problems! The front desk people were awesome, trust and believe I was emotional! The doctor we saw was super awesome and they didn't want my kidney to pay for treatment either. He is soooooo much better and I'm just so thankful that he is ok and got such amazing service!

I always recommend them. Have taken my pets there over 20 yrs. Very compassionate and Dr Gutzmer is the best to work with. If ever an issue came up they will work it out for you and with you. If you have an 'issue' with them, perhaps checking your own attitude at the door would help.

Called in an emergency as they were the closest to us to help a 2 month old kitten that had just been attacked by a dog. They asked if we were clients I said no that I had a dying kitten in my arms. They told me they weren’t able to help. Big FU to all of you.

The All Creatures vets and staff are wonderful! My fur babes have been clients for years! They have received the best possible care there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their well being! When a pet likes to see the vet, it is a definite plus! Yesterday when I took JokCo, my golden doodle inside, my alusky Suki cried because she wanted to go into All Creatures too but had to wait n the car with my daughter due to the pandemic.

I had to put my sweet Maddie girl to sleep today. The office was wonderful. The doctor had the best manners and compassion. Though, it was very hard she parted in a very gentle manner. I want to thank the doctor and staff.
