The whole experience was very pleasant. We stopped while short on time on a Saturday. Dravyn came to us in the parking lot. We told we had some questions and was dealing with time constraints that day. He answered all our questions completely. When we left he said he would follow up the next week. He contacted us on Tuesday. We drove two different sportages on Wednesday. Dravyn was more than patient insuring all questions were answered. We replaced our 2019 ford escape with a 2026 sportage. Dravyn listened and worked diligently to get us top value from the escape. Dravyn is very knowledgeable and is a great asset to the Anderson business

Service Dept is TERRIBLE! I would not recommend. I brought my brand new 26 Kia Sportage in with 1400 miles for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem fine but had to order a part. Scheduled the appt for the following week. Dropped the vehicle off to get repaired at 11am which I was told would take a couple hours. Come 3pm I had not heard from them so stopped in to check, noticed my car had not moved. Was told after going in that they couldn't work on it today. So my car sat there for 4 hours, no call to say they couldn't get it in, no offer to rectify the situation where I had to take off work, drive over an hour to get to this location, and hang out for 4 unnecessary hours. I will not be back. I'd rather drive double to take it to a decent dealer. 100% do not recommend!
** 100% untrue response from this dealer. I was told they couldn't repair until on Tuesday and this was a Friday after sitting for 4 hours waiting. Obviously if they could have fixed it in an additional 2 hour timeframe I would have stayed. Just proves this dept lies as well 🙄 Demanding my vehicle is a laughable response. Total BS

Easy, stress free buying experience with Greg. Set up an appointment, he had the car ready to test drive. Next week all the paperwork was ready to e-sign and I maybe spent 1 hr at the dealership. Great service, great staff, & overall easy-going dealership. If you are thinking about buying a Kia, set up an appointment with Greg Misner.
