“This is a great little museum that provides a good intro to St Joe's history. It's a good size for kids (my nine year old grandsons spent 45 minutes looking through all the exhibits) and also for out of town visitors who may have limited time. Like the much larger Patee House it is curated by people who clearly have a sense of place and value their history and their community. On a nice day you can then go walk around historic Mt Mora cemetery and you will see some names there that match those in the exhibits. A good way to talk with kids about how the past shapes the present and future.”

“My grandmother lives there , they ladies in the office are amazing treat you like family. The maintenance team are on top of repairs , making sure things are 100 % . They are close to shopping and restaurants, she can live independently but still have supervision. Thanks for being amazing!”

“the landlord Amanda Anismatta has only been there for three weeks give or take and she has helped us, listened to our concerns and truly wants to make the property a better place to live when the previous landlord was there you had to pretty much beg them to fix things we would have multiple things to fix in the apartment and it would take at least a day or so at the shortest and the longest months and some of the concerns we wanted fixed never got done. the complex needs work but it has since had a glimmer of hope with Amanda we will be leaving this apartment soon to buy a house so we won’t be living there anymore but if Amanda’s not the landlord god have mercy on that complex cause it certainly seems like she’s the only person of power that truly cares about the tenants of gene field apartments”
