“I had just had knee replacement surgery. Before my surgery i shopped around for recliners that were absolutely ridiculously priced. Totally out of the question. As I was driving home after shopping all day, I saw your rental store. The day of my surgery, I called them from the hospital asking if they could help. I had a new recliner, all bells and whistles, waiting for me in my living room! I couldn't be more happy with the exemplary service, the kindness, and them truly wanting to help me during such a horrible surgery! Thank you so much!!”

“I am giving this St. Joseph,, MO, Home Depot Store five stars due to the Manager, Dale and the salesman, Carl who was also very helpful. I had a couple of issues, which were not the manager's fault, but only his position could resolve these issues. He calmly, professionally and efficiently took care of these issues. He actually went above and beyond. They will work with you on any issues and not stop until the customer is satisfied. All staff were so friendly and nice. “Prices are EXCELLENT ? I paid $877 (with tax. $799 before tax) for a beautiful recliner sofa ? Tyler the General Manager is super nice. He has moving services. Paul & Josh took my old recliner couch and assembled the new one for $120. I am very pleased with my purchase.”
