Not only that but when I expressed minor concerns afterwards he loaded up a completely other washer and delivered it to my house and installed it when he got here. Very helpful and polite communication. Great customer service. Being completely unknowledgeable about appliances and mechanics, regardless of how silly or small the question seems to be he always responds quickly to any questions I have even after the sale was final and finished. As I was driving home after shopping all day, I saw your rental store. The day of my surgery, I called them from the hospital asking if they could help. I had a couple of issues, which were not the manager's fault, but only his position could resolve these issues. He calmly, professionally and efficiently took care of these issues. He actually went above and beyond. They will work with you on any issues and not stop until the customer is satisfied. All staff were so friendly and nice. “LET ME TELL YOU - these gentlemen go above and beyond! My family & I are moving back to the area and learned that our rental home wasn't furnished with a stove. After being cancelled on by Home Depot on my order, I started to panic as I'll be moving into the home in three days!I called Riley's and spoke with Chris - after hearing my sob story [lol] he let me know that he had what I was looking for - had actually just gotten it in the store the day before. He learned of the urgency of my situation and put all other work aside to ready this stove for us; making sure it was in working order and cleaned inside & out.Not only is the customer service impeccable; but the price for the item was 1/2 of what I was looking to buy new, of same quality and about $100 cheaper than a competitor company in town.HANDS DOWN, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY IN PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! :)”
