May 7th, 2024: All staff here are amazing & patient! I’m a college student & I was disconnected for months but they got me squared away with everything I needed. Would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking new phone service or anything else! Thank you ATT!!!

Terrible customer service given by brown haired girl think maddie. She acts like she hates her job. Doesn't clearly explain procedures had me call my mother in law to get authorization just to say oh i meant customer service center then hung up on her. Then charges me for a sim $5 then says oh i wouldnt know that wouldnt work. Ill never ever come to this store again highly upset shes lucky i ddint make a complaint with her store manager. Just go to north shoppes leave this one alone, ive never felt that someone didnt care abt making a good impression until today. Retrain her or relief her.

It was the best service I have ever had. I have been with AT&T since 2002 and have never been treated with such respect and patience. Most people don’t like to wait on those of us that are older because many times we are not tech savvy. I will always return to the particular store.

This location does a great job of making a hassle of a situation (we don't buy new phone's until our old one gives us no choice) a good experience. They do a great job of taking care of the issue at hand, and don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you have no need of.

This visit with the employees at that store was one of the best experiences i've ever had.
They went over and above to make sure that we were fully taken care of and satisfied. If every store had employees like them, then every store would be more successful.

Arrived at 9:50am and waited until 10:10 am, lights came on at 10:02am and doo remained locked at 10:10am. Ridiculous. Went to a different store.

Awesome experience. Madison took care of me with my phone exchange. She was both professional and friendly. The whole process was over in a flash. Not what I was prepared for. She did a great job. I’ll tell my friends.

We opened a new account July 20 with two new phones. That day was good. Helpful clerk took care of us. Took awhile, but expected that. But we now have a couple of problems we need to discuss. We tried to visit store yesterday. Arrived at 10 and waited until 10:30 and store still not open. Returned just before noon. Store still not open. Called today and apparently still not open as my call was routed to a different store. If a store has to be closed for some reason, a notice on the door of when it will be open again would be a reasonable expectation. We live 80 miles away so can't keep dropping in hoping to find the store open.
