I can't tell you how much Scoot Rowland helped me today. I am 70 yrs old and not tech savvy. I had so many scam sites on my Samsung fold. Scoot got my phone in tip top shape. He was kind, patient. You have an A-1 EMPLOYEE !!!!!I WANTED TO BUY HIM LUNCH!

Wife had a problem with her Apple I phone 13 pro max. The Salesman name Lou was a great help to take care of our problem. We would rate him a 10+.

Wednesday at 3pm we received quick customer service. They had knowledgeable staff that made my phone transition amazingly easy and only $13/month for a iPhone 14.I beg you to invest in iCloud phone back-up and Google photos back-up and prevent future stress when you buy your next telephone.All I did was turn it on and login with my Apple ID username and password, and everything was restored to my new device exactly like my old device. I didn’t have to login or try to remember passwords. All my mobile apps and passwords were transferred into my new phone. Bravo!!!

Josh was really helpful and paitent with me during this process of trying to find me the best deal to get myself the Samsung S23 and get out of my S22 that decided to stop working very well. I was totally expecting to be in there for longer due to when I called when they opened saying it could be a bit because of the IPHONE 15 launc. It was a great atmosphere and I was in and out within 45 minutes.all in one got my new phone and couldn't walk out of there without an otterbox. They also did a good job of explaining to me why it was important at this time to keep the insurance on the phone due to it being so new and parts being limited. I would definetly recommend going into their store and get what you need.

I've been trying to return equipment that l did not order for weeks. All l needed was a shipping label & could not get one from AT&T. Finally l spoke with John at the store at the new shops & he told me to bring the package to him & if he couldn't get a shipping label, he told me he would drive it to Kansas City himself. He also fixed an issue l had on my phone. He is literally my hero. Thanks to him, l just might get some sleep tonight. Thanks John!

I went to the North belt AT&T store in Saint Joseph Missouri to trade in my phone and upgrade. I went in and was given to Katrina. Sat down with Katrina and she went through the whole ordeal of trying to get me to go to DIRECTV Apple TV, all of the good stuff you know After that, I told her I’m just here to upgrade my phone picked out the phone. She told me how much I’d get on my trade-in. I told her I wanted to pretty much pay off the new phone today. So we got the new phone she showed me a little bit about it started transferring things over in the meantime she had me go pick out three items. I got three items I got 20% off. So I got back to the table. She rang the three items up. My phone was transferring things over to the new one. Manager John told Katrina to stop what she was doing. My phone could download itself and she should go wait on other people. So that left me sitting at a table by myself with two phones during the transfer updates. Katrina’s waiting on a new group of people. I’m sitting there thinking what do I do ? John talks to me across the room and tells me if my phone is done I can go. I look at him really puzzled. I said well. What about my trade and he says oh just bring it back. Within 30 days. WTH? So I didn’t get to put anything down on my new phone I didn’t get a trade-in I felt disrespected. I feel John humiliated his employee Katrina let alone me think twice about going there.
