These guys took care of every vehicle I had through high school and college when I lived in St. Joe. They've been so good to me and my family. Any issue we brought in was always fixed in a timely manner and for a great price.

Crooked. Can't trust a word they say. One time I busted them when they charged me for something that obviously was never done, which they fessed up to advising oh this has never happened before. Another time they fixed items that come to find out they had already previously "fixed"...yes I keep my receipts. The final straw was when they fixed and charged for items that had nothing to do with what the car was actually brought in for. Only when I took it to another mechanic did I see what a slime ball place this is. Blame myself for being so naive and not listening to when people told me he was a crook. Don't make my mistake.

Larry is amazing! I can a year or two before coming back, and he always remembers me! They are honest about the work that needs done. They are a little on the pricey side, but im confident that my repairs are sound when I leave

I would give zero star, do not take your car here!!! I paid for an alignment which they did not do, but I paid for it. My car was still not driving right so I took it back to them and they said “ oh you just need new tires now” so I did got new tires and what do you know my new tires are being eaten up my the non alignment they did!!! So now I took it to belt and Alignment now my car is fixed correctly!!!Service: Wheel alignment

They're really quick with vehicle inspections. In and out in 15min. It's a no fuss place. Get in, get the work done, and maybe the little critters will come up for a snuggle if you're lucky. I wouldn't believe the negative reviews on here. I have not tried them for any type of mechanical repair yet.

I took my Mazda in for some help. They got it fixed and running and treated me like a valued customer. I totally trust them to do the work on my car, and feel like I finally found a place that treats a female customer with care and respect. It doesn't hurt that they have pets in the store, too. Who can't love a place that loves pets? Thank you, Auto Medics, for fixing my car and being such a great business! I will be back!

Called to find out if I needed an appointment for a state inspection or if they just do walk-ins. Could not get a straight answer and the guy was extremely rude acting like I was an idiot. Highly recommend staying away from this place unless you enjoy arguing about nothing. They said they do inspections from 8-4. When I asked if they do walk-in or appointment only he said, "Did you not understand what I just told you?" No customer service skills. I did not ask you what your hours of operation are.EDIT: response back to the owner: The phone never cut out and I could hear him just fine. He never told me the phone was cutting out. Learn customer service skills.
