I called the next day and they were able to get me in to take care of the dings on my BMW. Joe was very professional, honest, and the price was extremely fair! “We needed a new headlight for a Kia Seltos. One repair place said it was too complicated and couldn’t do it. Another place said they were too booked up for the day and told us to try N. Belt AutoZone. NOAH figured out a way to replace it that was easier than removing the wheel well rivets, etc that was recommended by the YouTube videos, etc. He was done in no time. He is just great at customer service, analyzing the situation, and coming up with a great solution. We are so happy and grateful to have met NOAH at the N. Belt Autozone and his MANAGER. “I had my fuel pump replaced. Quick service, nice guys. Definitely take your vehicle here. The tire cover on my rim is missing, I have no clue what happened to it. I assumed it was them, they went as far to pull up footage and show me that my truck came in without a tire cover, which clears my conscious, and the entire time they had positive attitudes. I definitely recommend these guys.”

“Was in town for a wedding when my Service light came in. I stopped in and this dealership was outstanding. The took care of the light. Explained why it was on (tire rotation) and also added air to my tires. All of this for a customer visiting from Texas. I am sure they would be even more accommodating for someone local. I would definitely use them if in the area agin”

“Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Staff also tries to gather what all the customer has in mind by asking questions and answering questions in order to determine the best product(s) to suggest/offer specific customers (not everybody is the same!) Prices range but honestly aren't too different than local competitors. Prices aren't listed on their website, though (which is understandable due to inventory and the range of customer preferences/combinations). But I could see how that would potentially drive away business from certain customers. Overall, they have great inventory and staff seem to be knowledgeable. They honestly do not seem to be the type to unnecessarily upsell just to pull in some extra money, so in my opinion, that makes them seem just a little bit more trustworthy. I hope this helps people with their decision making!”

We had a great car-buying adventure at Randy Reed Chevy—yes, adventure, because buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube blindfolded. But not this time. Our salesman Guy was the MVP. He somehow managed to make the process smooth, painless, and even—dare I say—fun.
Guy didn’t pressure us, didn’t vanish for 45 minutes “to talk to his manager,”. We even invited guy to our Family Christmas this year.”

7pm on a freezing night and I stopped in to have my car battery checked. Adam checked it and then replaced my battery in 5* weather! I was out of there in 15 minutes and so grateful for his kindness and being so helpful on such a cold night.”

My first visit here and entrance was not easy to find. Ended up walking through Collision Repair showroom and down interior steps to get to the store.
Entrance is on lower level, east side. Now... I know!

“A bunch of great people. Came in with charging issues on our shuttle bus. They were great help and drove to another store to get the alternator I needed to try. Granted it wasn’t A 270 amp like I needed but after removing the jumper wire harness and getting the 135 amp installed it’s enough to get us to our destination and will get us back home outside of Lincoln Nebraska! Thanks a bunch for the help. What you didn’t know Is there was 5 kids in the bus. 4 special needs kids.”
