“I'm a truck driver from out of state and needed quarters for laundry. Walked about 15 minutes to Southern Bank for them. Too bad for me, their rule was that I needed to have an account with them. So I walked a little further to UMB. They took my cash and gave me the roll of quarters I asked for. No problems. Maybe this is partly the reason why this bank is bigger than Southern? I recommend this bank over the other one solely on this little experience I had.”
