Just drove 1 hour and 30mins to this Best Buy, due to it being the one most close to me. ONLY to get to the front door, and a man (not wearing any Best Buy uniform-no indication he worked there.) stopping me before I get in to tell me, THEY ARE CURBSIDE ONLY.. They are not open to public. They need to change this on their Google overview. It would be MUCH APPRECIATED for those in need of services that have to drive a distance to get there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR GAS, MONEY, OR TIME. It cracked me up how he said "Curbside Only" ... OH you mean ONLINE, ONLY.. SIR. ?

It's a pretty decent best buy. Small and they seem to run out of stock of items pretty quick. There are s ton of employees so it's not hard to get help. There are limited product experts. They do what they can

Not a lot help. Used to be THE place to go for quality information about products. Now you might as well read the info on the boxes because that is all you get.

The store is decent the only problem I'd have is there is not a lot of things they have up for show ever in stock but other that the workers there are very friendly and helpful

Literally just want to talk to someone in the store regarding my camera repair. But apparently in todays modern era Best Buy thinks it’s a great idea to connect me with an agent that isn’t even at the store, but is a remote customer service. I just want to know what’s going on with my camera but I can’t talk to anyone in store. Same thing with products, try to call the store regarding that and it connects me with someone outside the store.

Love this Best Buy. Employees are always friendly and do not hesitate to help you if you're needing help. 5 stars every time I've been here.

Worst experience ever at a best buy. Do NOT deal with Derick. That man needs terminated quickly! I am currently online with customer care over him. He is not management material AT ALL!

I went into Best Buy to Geek Squad and the lady I talked to acted as if my iphone wasn't worthy of being repaired by them. She looked at the Sim card and was very snotty and rude. She treated me as though I was beneath her. I walk with a walker now and was so upset by that woman i was afraid i would fall. I will never go back to Best Buy!

My husband and I were searching for a new TV. We decided to look at the LG 65” OLED C1 and C2 in store. Originally, we thought the C1 was better suited for our budget. We found an open box C1 in a Best Buy an hour away in Saint Joseph. On our way out, we let the sales associate, Kaitlynne, know that we were going there to buy the TV. Immediately, she contacted the store and informed us that they had a C2 available at a better price. We drove to this store and worked with Brandon and Anthony. They were incredibly patient and gracious. They took the C2 out of the box for us to inspect and assisted us in finding the best way to transport it home. Thanks to Kaitlynne, Brandon, and Anthony’s top notch service, we bought the TV of our dreams!

Too much traffic noise. Between cars racing on 9th Street, and the fire department going out on calls all night, super noisy.Low water pressure in the shower wasn't a good thing either. Then there was the $20 mandatory valet charge, where they don't lock the car in the garage - I wouldn't leave anything in the car you can't afford to lose. And the valet is not 24 hours so not sure what you do when you need your car earlier than 6 am.I realize that downtown the parking is a minimum so hotels have to have their own parking, but when it is pretty much mandatory to use, it should be included in the price of the room.On the only positives : the room was clean, though the pillows smelled of sweat, and the Haymarket is two blocks away, an easy walk to go get something to eat or drink.
