I’ve seen 2 people from here. I won’t go back. I don’t know how someone can go in asking for blonde highlights touched up and come out with dark or dark red hair.

Got a good enough haircut for my bf at an affordable price. Caitlin squeezed us in on a day they are normally closed, which was nice. We did ask for a fade, which she did not do, so maybe next time.

Kaitlyn was amazing! I've been going grey since I was 16, and have been using box color for 20 years. This was my first session with her in my journey to going to my natural grey and healthy hair, and I could not be happier. Can't wait to see what she does when I go back in a month! The vibe is amazing and the talent is top notch. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Kiefer is a life saver!!! My son got a terrible haircut and he squeezed us in to correct it and did amazing. He is very personable too. We will continue to see him and only him!

Horrible experience, my color washed out after two weeks, I had it dyed and bleached and the color started fading after a week and a half after I paid over $100, my new hoodie got ruined, I wasn’t told or aware of taking it off because I had never gotten my hair dyed before so I wasn’t aware of this and their sink leaked on me and all the bleach washed off onto ky hoodie and I left the salon with my back soaked?♀️ I’ll never be coming back

I live a little over an hour away from St. Joseph, Missouri and was in town for other business, so I decided it was time for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I had researched Bliss on Yelp and another site, which they had excellent reviews. They were also voted as the best salon by customers and published in the paper. I called and was booked within an hour. Ciera was my stylist and was fantastic! I don't like a lot taken off because I have very long hair and SHE listened!!!! Most generally I get my haircut and the next thing I know I'm missing several inches! Ciera cut it perfectly! She was super nice, bubbly, attentive, high energy, and cut it exactly like I wanted it! Highly recommended! Place has a great atmosphere and upbeat music! I even witnessed a guy "shinning" the floors while I was there, which they are hardwood floors. The establishment has a upstairs and downstairs. I never went upstairs. A total of 16 stylists work there and over 1/2 of them have been working there together over 9 years. More like a family and pure dedication! Love it!
