I personally love this location. I just feel so bad that these girls get stuck in the stores when The weather is so horrible outside give them some grace close the stores when everything else is closed!!

Tried to go in to the store to pay a phone bill, and even though the store hours listed online and on the store front say it should be open, no locations are open.

Welcoming environment, new staff are already very knowledgeable and helpful, very fast pace team. Will get the answer you need or problem resolved in no time. Since the new owners took over they have a great device selection as well.

I personally have been happy with Boost. I didn't appreciate not being explained about the insurance, the 20$ box for my charger. That 20$ box isn't necessary. Your old charger ( unless it an apple) will work perfect. I understand trying to upsell things, but not explaining it, and being slick about it another thing. Also, for any upgrades, just know you'll be paying double. This has nothing to do with the recession, it's corporate greed. Anyways, I need a phone, but the representatives need to truthful! And the GM is knowledgeable, but she has a bad attitude towards training new employees, and shouldn't be gossiping about them!
