Towers go down almost every other month, my father missed his job interview because of the horrible service with a PAID bill. Cricket might be more expensive but at least they won't screw me over. Boost isn't worth your time, your hard earned money and your efforts. They DON'T care about you. They don't care about customer support and they don't want to make your service enjoyable.

Picked up the A12 phone and almost a year ago and have had issues with it since.. dropping calls,slow ,and half the time no service at all .. I'm done ..turn back the clock and give me back my stylo 5 .. been with this company for over 5 years .sad day

Well, if I could do less than 1 star I would. Not helpful at all. Ever since Boost took over my plan from Virgin Mobile, that I had for years, it has been nothing but disappointment. I am looking for a new company starting today. Worst ever.

Had to go to the South Belt Hwy Store in St. Joseph, MO because I was was having issues with my new phone which is a Moto G Stylus 2021. This was after I had we to the Boost Mobile Store on the North Belt Hwy in St. Joseph, MO every day for 2 weeks straight and the Boost Employee was extremely rude. I told that as long as she was working there I will never step foot back into that store. It was so bad that it was to the point I flipped out on her. I have been with Boost Mobile for almost 12 years & your Company about lost me as a customer.
