I went into the store yesterday looking for my first ever pair of good shoes. I have a lot of problems with my feet. I was greeted by the man, who was very friendly. Next thing I knew a young girl was waiting on me. I felt like she just wanted me to get a pair and leave. Her mood kept changing. Today I decided to return them for a full shoe instead of a sandal. I knew the exact shoe I wanted. As a soon as we walked in a young girl walk over to us. She was pretty snippy and said the sandals were formed to my foot. I said so trying them on in the store forms them to your feet. She said yes. I find that hard to believe and why would they let people try them on then. I came from out east and my family swears by this store. For the price of the shoes, and the service I received, I will never go back there.

Loved the experience of getting fitted and working with knowledgeable employees. They were very polite and patient.

I went there today and was immediately greeted by Jearl. I told him I was interested in a pair of Brooks. I was originally buying them for someone else but decided to try them on and I've never had a more comfortable shoe in my life so Im keeping them. He is very knowledgeable about shoes and has excellent customer service. Thank you to Browns for having Jearl representing your company.

I have had these shoes since Christmas and I love them! They are leather, so they protect my feet from anything gross getting on them while I work in the hospital. They are so comfortable even with walking 10000+ steps during the day. The only warning is that while they are awesome like all Hoka’s, the leather tongue does rub on your ankle until they are broken in.
The staff at Brown’s is also always so kind and helpful. Richard special ordered these shoes for Christmas.
