These guys know cars! Bruce's Auto Service was recommended to me, and I have taken my 13-yr-old Chevy Equinox to them for a few years now. They always diagnose problems accurately the first time. I have brought both of my cars, Subaru and Toyota, to Bruce’s Auto Service for diagnostics and repair. All of my experiences have been positive with successful outcomes. The staff are polite and professional; my cars were inducted into maintenance on-schedule and work was completed on time. The shop is very clean and well organized. They have always taken care of my old Subaru without talking down to me as a female customer. The one time I had a part go bad right after installing they promptly replaced it free of charge.

If you want an honest opinion about buying a used car then I recommend from experience that you talk to these people and coordinate with your seller to bring the car to them before you take ownership of a vehicle. Funny that when you buy a house the inspection is just common sense but when buying a used car so many omit this step!

Paid almost $300 to my exhaust fixed, 6 months later the same problem. Called several times over several days with no answer and no way to leave a message. Was suggested this place by Kruzes but I would not go here. Overpriced, didn’t complete the job, won’t even answer the phone at their business.

I've been taking my Cheap Compass here for years and always received GREAT, professional service. I'm thankful for having a place I can trust to do repairs on our family vehicles. My only advice is that they need more candy in the front office, maybe a lounge area with comfortable recliners, cable TV and fresh coffee and donuts, for starters. Maybe throw in a popcorn machine and Netflix.... THANKS Bruce's Auto!
