If I could give zero stars I would. I rented a moving truck from the budge truck rental in St Joseph. I finished all of the documentation and contracts were signed. When it came time to do the walk through the lady rushed around the truck and did not document any of the dints and scratches that we pointed out. When asked to see that she recorded it she got on a power trip. Said “I am not going to do this with you today. I am calling the cops and you are refused service.” This is an insurance scam and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced.

Waited 3 hours for a moving truck I have reserved a month ago to be told first it was getting an oil change in platte city then to be told he dont know where the truck is. Biggest scam ever!!! Dont go here.. go to uhaul where they work with you!

Will never give them a chance again. We scheduled a vehicle 2 days in advance to be picked up on the 7th and when i arrived they told me they had no truck for me and was going to call. They said they would refund my money. Today i was still charged. My wife called the location in town and they told her they dont have time and gave us a 1-800# to call. The first guy verified my phone numbers then sent me to another who said they dont see them on file.

Rented a truck in Denver and put down $150 deposit and when I show up at this location to drop off the truck, they tell me they've never heard of a cash deposit like this before and said they can't give my deposit back. After being on the phone now for almost 3 days I'm still having trouble and am now driving over an hour to this location to try and get my money. Literally these people are worthless and won't help at all. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!!
