I’m not sure I’ve ever left a negative review before, but here goes.
We visited the hotel to check in with some family and friends. Upon entering our room, we checked the bed and separated the four pillows. We found small bugs on the top of the mattress sheet and on the pillows. I took a video to document the issue, the photo attached to this is a screenshot, and it doesn’t capture all the bugs.
I promptly showed the video to the front desk staff, who immediately offered to provide us with a new room. However, the new room smelled of wet dog and cigarettes. There was also a dead bug on the counter when we stepped into the room.
We decided to leave the hotel before even unpacking our belongings. We spent a mere 15 minutes at the hotel, and we were promised a full refund. We didn’t anticipate any issues with the refund, but unfortunately, we’re still fighting with the hotel to get our money back.
Unless you enjoy bugs or billing issues. Do not stay here.

Great 4 th of July Stay. The hotel is located near the annual fireworks. Only issue I had giving 5 stars was no breakfast. We just stayed in a candlewood in Tampa and they had an amazing breakfast. This candlewood said it was because of the kitchenette but every candlewood has a kitchenette so that didn’t make sense.

The room was okay, but nothing special about it. The hotel allows dogs, which’s great. But my hotel room absolutely reeked of deodorizer to the point where it made it hard to breathe. I also had to pay a 75$ nonrefundable pet deposit. Won’t be staying there again.

The price and help given at the hotel was amazing. The front desk helper named Keagan was so sweet, kind and helpful. The room was also great, just wish there was breakfast.
