“I would like to sincerely thank and express my appreciation to Caitlyn (sorry, unsure of spelling) that went above and beyond mere customer service.
I called to inquire about getting an order of cherry mash express mailed to Florida in an insulated container, if possible, in time for my cousin's birthday; that was coming up soon. She said she would look into it and ask if there was any way that could happen, but followed up by calling me back with the even better idea. She informed me of a retailer local to my area, unbeknownst to me, that had the candy in stock so I would be able to get them that day. Which I did.
And the light in his eyes and the childlike excitement that it brought to him in seeing what she enabled me to bring is beyond what a review can express.
You see, my cousin was battling stage four cancer at the time and it was unsure if he would make it to his birthday. So we celebrated his birthday with his favorite treat for the whole month. And anything that could bring him joy and distract him from the pain. Even just for a moment, is more than a gift. It is a blessing. So I just wanted to again, thank you, and make sure you knew that you have my eternal gratitude.
