Recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq and could not be happier with the car and the experience!! Everyone there is very helpful and wants to make sure you leave with the right car. They were able to quickly order and deliver the car package that I wanted and made it an easy process along the way. I would definitely recommend getting a car from them!

My parents have bought/leased from Reed before, so I thought I could go in and receive the same service. I was dead wrong. I was insulted, disrespected, and completely lied to. They would sign their name next to a price they’re offering then an hour later tell me they didn’t guarantee the price. They will give you a price on a trade in, then drop it significantly two days later. Deceitful salesmen and horrendous management. Maybe if you’re not in your mid-20’s or teach for a living they’ll give YOU better service, but I will never be back to ANY Reed dealership again. Reed Chevy was the exact same way.

They were very good at getting me in and fixed... Maybe a little overwhelmed with the public phone calls... Waited on hold 3 times and their system hung up on me before I spoke to anyone. And when I did the gentleman I spoke with was very short with me and was able to answer the question, told me they wouldn't be able to until I picked up my jeep.

The service was good but...they Didnt turn the service in to carfax. I called and asked them to so my records would be up to date. Said they would...never happened

They still haven't fixed the van we received from them. As for oil change. The guys are great. As for buying another vehicle from them no way. No luggage rack, the back seat is broken. They were showing us how to put the seat down and it wouldn't go down. They were going to fix it and we received a call from the insurance company asking us how we broke it. It seems to me they didn't look the van over when they got it. They did however, clean it up nicely, we did get the control for the DVD player, that wasn't in the van. Plug ins also in working condition now. We did pay for it. Took everything we had so we wouldn't have a payment. Thank you.

Best dealership I have ever encounter!! I had my doubts about dealership services stations about fixing things that they don’t need fixing and charging you a lot of money but when I went there for maintenance on my car and they help me out wonderfully with everything!!! Everything went so smooth and staff was friendly and not pushy at all. Also they took me and picked me up from while my car was getting serviced!!! Awesome job

I have bought 5 new cars from here in 15 years and have always been very satisfied. They notify me when there is a recall and always take care of it. All of the employees from the lot porter to the owner are all good folks. Thank you Car City for such great service

This dealership was the best to deal with. From Mike in finance to our salesman Greg and Will all the way to the GM Chad. They never once strayed from a single word they said. They kept the deal honest and up front from the time we pulled onto the lot until the time we left. This is the best Hyundai dealership in the region. Don't waist your time with the "other guys" and their corporate environment. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Carson Hyundai.
