Horrible place and horrible customer service my car has been in the shop several times for multiple different things and every time it's been 3-4 days for the work. The work that needs done is no more then 4 hour jobs and that's on a bad day! I'm always making my payments on time and then some never had a problem outside of there service contracts! Currently on day 4 of them having my car for as the shop put it "couple hours" worth of work and still not done. I've now had to cancel 2 alignment apps for this car because they don't know now when I will get it back and won't cover the alignment and they think it's safe to drive over an hr away with the car the way it sits. ? don't do any business with them this car will be traded in soon so I can be done w them!

If I could give a 0 Stars i would. There customer service skills there is unbelievably not worth your time. So here it is first experience with this car mart was not the greatest set up a appointment got there to find out the car was not there and was never informed about it even when we called up there to confirm it was there so we drove 2 hrs to find out one of the workers backed into so it was at the shop getting fixed ok upstanding but could of called or let someone know instead of wasting ppl time. Now for the second time I'd been waiting on this truck since the day they put it on the app finally I get a call telling me it's there so set up a appointment for Saturday to come in and get it but of course someone came in this morning and put a hold on it. It would of been OK if I would of got a phone call saying so. hell even when I'd called to say I was running late still was not told anything but instead I drove up there once again 2 hr drive there to find out I can't do anything. So needless to say communication is very poorly there..

My car that I bought from them 3 years ago started having problems. I went to trade it in. They told me they'd take it as a trade in until they offered me a car that they didn't even know if they had the title to and I took that car for a test drive, told them it had alignment issues and that I didn't want it then my car wasn't good enough for them. They said I needed a co-signed that I never needed in the past. I expected better treatment since I was a repeat customer but evidently being a loyal customer doesn't mean anything to the management. I took my business up the road & got a better deal.

Worse place to ever buy a car!!! Most of the staff is friendly there is someone there named Tisha very rude and always thinks you are trying to talk over her and she never lets you talk...This place lies you can ask to talk to someone there they either tell you they will call you back or they tell you they are away from their desk and never returns calls and conveniently staff members leave the company and they lie and tell you they are out of the office ...Stay away from here had to give a 1 star rating if there was a -10 that would be there rating..

I went to take a look and see what they had. My jaw dropped at some of the prices. 14,000 for a 2007 Toyota with 140,000 miles. Someone needs to put down the crack pipe on that one. KBb is 8,000 in best condition. I had to walk away but hey I got a good laugh.

Jonna is AMAZING anything that i needed done she did she is a very go to girl any problems you have she is ill fix! shes like bob the builder of the building anything thats fixable she will work with you to fix i cant thank her enough for helping me with everything!! this place will get u into a car and make sure that you are happy satisfied and valued as a CAR-MART CUSTOMER!!!❤️❤️❤️

I received the best customer service at Carmart the day I went to purchase my 3rd vehicle. The staff was amazing! The team worked wonderful together and got me into my car I wanted. Hands down, car mart in St. Joe is ABSOLUTELY GREAT! THANK YOU GUYS! Julie, Samuel, Tisha, the Title Clerk, and everyone else.

We found a van we loved and they did everything they could to make sure we were able to drive it off the lot the same day! Our kids said it's the best car ever and named her "Precious"!

Most likely will not buy another vehicle from this lot. The truck I purchased has been good so far, but the customer service was terrible. Most of the ladies were helpful, the first individual that started the process was very helpful & upfront with me, but after he was gone on vacation the other individual that was supposed to help was terrible. Had me go to an office & tell me he would be back in 10 minutes to finish the paperwork left me in the office for almost 2 hours & had everyone else do his job. Not once ever returning to the office. Instead I watched him walk around, help other people, go outside several times for a break. Polite guy, but a terrible salesman.

I was very pleased that Car-Mart provided me with this opportunity of getting me out of vehicle that shouldn’t have been on road when didn’t have to & I was very thankful for them. Manager Sam and Jackie was very supportive/determined with the process of getting me into something more reliable. Thank you again to the amazing staff everyone was an extremely helpful friendly and respectful place of business I would recommend checking them out if in need of a vehicle at all cost!! We were in a car wreck and had the APP tell us they would negotiate with the insurance because the settlement offered was too low. We owed about 1200 on the car that was wrecked. Went in to talk to Car Mart about the whole thing. They called APP and they confirmed our car was being totaled. This meant they could get us into another car with no down payment. Once they had us into a 3 year contract, they told us the settlement amount offered was right and that they don't handle any of that part. I just wish they had been honest up front and told me they couldn't help me with the settlement process. I could have accepted what was offered, like I did a week later. Still probably would have gotten a car from them. But now I'm just ready to get this car paid off and be done with dishonest people!
