“Service department got my horn replaced and had my oil changed while there. A bit pricey for oil change, but what isn't these days, and it is done. Always great customer service at this location.”

“We had a problem with our car while on vacation, air conditioning stopped working on a brand new car imagine that! Anyways we came here to the budget location here and Moe is very helpful and was able to swap us out and get us back on the road no problems highly recommend this location!”

“Dylan ensured that the rental experience went swimmingly so my grandchildren and I could get on the road for an afternoon of waterpark fun. The 7-passenger mini-van was comfortable and luxurious. I loved the cushy black-leather interior; the grands appreciated the spacious seating, mid- and back-seat AC, and, of course, the sound system (LOL). The rental would have merited 5 stars but for trouble with the cruise control. I recommend the St. Joseph, MO, Enterprise Rent-A-Car group and would not hesitate to do business with them again.”

“Five stars isn’t enough for Mo. Life has thrown a lot of curveballs at my husband and me over the past few years, and through multiple rentals, Mo has always treated us with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine concern. He remembers people, listens, and goes out of his way to help when he can. Good customer service is easy to talk about and harder to deliver. Mo delivers it consistently. Thank you for everything, Mo. We appreciate you more than you know!”
