“Unlike the Stetson Outlet store, my shopping experience here was terrific. Extremely helpful and attentive staff helping me look for what I wanted. Should have bought my straw hat here and not at the Stetson store. Prices were reasonable and ended up finding quite a few things for the kids.”

“The staff was super helpful with my return after Christmas. We didn’t have a receipt and unfortunately they didn’t have what we wanted in stock. The manager working asked a few questions to better help her look for our receipt. After trying a couple different emails she was able to find the receipt so we could return the item and repurchase what we wanted online. They even had a free shipping code so we didn’t have to pay the shipping price. Will definitely be back!”

So I was in need ro replace pretty much all my clothes and Ross is a great choice bc a tbe variety, the road where im at will get you upset quick.
