Through all of the holiday frustration surrounding the business from customers, and this establishment dealing with a little bit of my frustration as well, they still went the extra step for me. My motherboard quit working, they diagnosed the issue and called me within two hours of dropping of my PC, and ordered a new motherboard for me. The motherboard didn't show up within the estimated time given so they ordered another from a different supplier just to try and get it here sooner. That's the behind the scenes customer service that makes me lean towards small businesses.”
