  Do not buy vehicles from this location. I financed a 2015 Toyota Corolla for $11,000 it broke down within a month and the warranty isn't wanting to cover it and the dealer is a coward just take it to Toyota he says to be told the same thing Parker Auto just told me.

  Sold me a lemon. Took it back to them immediately. They looked at the car and told me to turn it into my warranty... warranty only covers 5k max. They do not back their products.

  The worst of the worst!!!! Decided to try this dealer to see what they would be able to assist me with in getting into a vehicle, they were 3 hours on the computer without giving you an update of what was going on in within the banking institutions in possible helping me, to them tell me they weren’t able to assist due to the banking institution not answering them as it was already 5pm and then telling me I would get a call next day morning to see what the banks have said, a whole day later no response of nothing! Mind you I am a Correctional Officer I was in uniform and still didn’t get no respect of nothing not even on what I should do but instead just wait for nothing!

  Don’t let the pictures fool you. Billy sent me two pictures of the “flaws” the truck had. When in reality the truck was super beat up compared to it’s described condition, and the back seat wouldn’t fold down. Then told us to take to it to our local Chevy dealership to get it looked at instead of fixing it himself. Made a 6 hour trip to laugh in his face. Could’ve stayed home and watched happy Gilmore if I wanted to laugh.

  Sold me a car with major electrical problems. When tried to have car repaired using the fancy extended warranty I was told I just had to have it wouldn't cover anything. Stuck making car payments on a car that don't run and I can't afford to fix. They was super nice while I was buying car. But when I contacted them that I was having problems with it before I made my first payment it was a different story. If I was a man I doubt I would have been dismissed the way I was. Crooks and cons!
