So I had put something on consignment there and maybe 4 months or so later I had to stop and have a watch battery replaced so while I was in there I thought I would check on my consignment while I was there, Lady didn't see it so she asked her husband that also works there so he storms out and says what's the problem, I'm like what??? No problem I was checking on my consignment while I was in thereAnd he said Jesun christ and slammed a metal box on like a file cabinet and I said sir what's going on calm down and he says you been calling every day on this and in fact I had never called on it not even one time or stopped in and he said yes you have and I said no I have not, This guy has obviously mistaken me for someone else and would not back down, I finally said you know what just give me my stuff and I'll be done here.I guess there is two owners and this one will totally distoy this place if he don't get it together because in the past it was a trusted Name , place, Ect. Also no one even knew I had it there so no one ever called to check on anything. I just wonder if he ever figured out who was calling him about what item everyday!

I had 4 rings resized and a watch battery fixed. I plan on coming back to get a few more rings done. The woman was very nice and the rings were all ready within a week.

Had 3 watches resized and batteries replaced, a chain clasp added, last minute without an appointment. Amazing customer service, happy nice people and quick turnaround time. 10/10

Mediocre Jewelry store. They do not stand behind there products. They do no cash refunds..No matter the case receipt or Not. Won't shop for Christmas gifts here anymore.
