Love love love Cricket and their staff in Saint Joseph at both locations! The service is amazing, the phones work well and again the staff is always helpful! Thank you St Joseph Cricket staff!

Worst company I’ve ever been with in the store I get told one thing then they tell me to call customer service which then I get hung up on multiple then, whenever you get someone to talk to you, they cannot help you they tell you that the store needs to help you so you go back to the store it’s like a ping pong game then whenever you ask for a manager and you start talking well they cant help you so you explain the situation and what’s going on and they still do not care and Michel admit it for fraudulent taking money, but nobody wants to help not even managers so that’s nice to know
