  Every time I use store 10506 In St Joseph, MO. The pharmacist is always late to work. They store hour state that they open at 9:00am. he is always 5 or 10 minutes late. The employees are waiting for him to get there. Today I asked him what day of the week would you be on time, so I can schedule my time to pick up my meds at 9:00. (On 7/21/2022 he was 20 minutes late getting in the store. So, 25 minute to get in and open all the gates. So, I can get my meds.) His response was "I was meeting with a contractor on building my fence." In my eyes his job should come first. To take care of your CVS costumers. But he is late EVERY TIME. Witch is a reason for me to move my prescription to a different pharmacy. I have 1 more prescription to pick up. If he is late again. That tells me that CVS corotate does not care about their costumers. And I well more ALL my prescription to my local Walgreens. Sincerely Don

  Scheduled a COVID test online and received confirmation of our appointment at Noon today. Your online appointment process asked for a scan of the insurance card. You had a timeline deadline for online appointment setting so I was racing the clock to get a scan of insurance cards yesterday. I worked diligently to get the scanned size to fit your demands but no matter what I tried it would not accept the scan. The site instructed me that the scan was helpful but not necessary hence your company verifying my appointment. I get to the window after a 90 minute wait to get a test and you say you cannot provide the service. Wouldn't this have been done before you verified the appointment. This is your negligence and poor website design. If I HAD NO INSURANCE I'd be going home with my son having been tested. I sure hope this delay doesn't produce medical consequences because it won't be the last you hear from me. VERY poor service.
