Worst pharmacy ever you cannot call and speak with anyone. You have to wait until they have time to deal with you. They do not run insurance correctly either. Being charged extra with no way to call and tell them to correct it is ridiculous.

Had Prescription.called in by urgent care at 155pm was not ready for 6 hours for pick up. Went to pick up was told be another 30 minutes this was at 730 pm. While in drive thru only me for 25 minutes car drove up behind staff got rude and Pharmist said I was rude, Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, then senator was going to call. The police had 2 children in the car. He made crying and very upset. I'm never go back again

So frustrated at their automated phone system. Customer service is horrid. Pharmacy line directs you wherever it wants to and the pharmacist is rude.

Problem and it's a very annoying one. Can never get anyone to answer the phone. The automatic messages keep you from talking to someone.

CVS has serious technical and logistical issues. I received a text my prescription was ready at 1130. I arrived at 2:45 only to be told it was not yet ready. When I did receive it and returned home to unpack, found they did not give the correct version of the product which has now cost me nearly $100 and more time out of my day to TRY and correct with them. This has not been the first time and appears the location has some serious quality control issues that if not corrected, will cause someone serious health consequences due to mismanagement of prescriptions. They used to be great to work with but here lately, quality and attitudes are seriously slipping and you can see on the faces how much people there are unhappy with their jobs.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone at this pharmacy. My father was passing through town and needed his medication asap and everyone went above and beyond to help him. So I just wanted to thank you and that you are appreciated!!!!
