I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup. Not immediately believing it, I called them when at break for work and got human confirmation that it was ready for pickup in a few hours when I got off work. When I get off work, it is not filled and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to finally fill it. When they did fill it, I noticed the price seemed high. Pharmacy technician Grant told me me insurance was properly added, so I believe him and paid. That was my mistake because after checking afterwards, my insurance was not filled in and I paid DOUBLE what I should’ve. When I asked for a refund, that took another 45 minutes, and no one behind the register, especially not Grant (who seemed to be consciously ignoring me), would even look me in the eyes to communicate with me about what was going on. After about an hour dealing with what was supposed to be an easy “ready for pickup,” rest assured I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

CVS is a wonderful place to shop. Good products good prices. They treat their customers nice. Recommend anyone to shop there.

I have never had an issue getting my anti-depressants and migraine meds, but as soon as i switched to cvs, every refill is a nightmare. they all seem to relish in denying customers their medications.

Pharmacist was very helpful ,he came right out to help me . Very down to earth man. I appreciate people like him being they are very hard to find. CVS South belt and Mitchell Good little pharmacy.

Went to this location for convenience and was told I couldn’t return an item from another location even though I had a receipt. Asked the other location and they said they were unaware of this policy.

This pharmacy is actually a joke. They have everything on the inside closed so that no one actually has to do their job. WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN. If i could give 0 stars I would.

This is a horrible pharmacy. They make mistakes frequently and their answer is always "the computer did it on its own." If you have a medication that is time sensitive to begin taking, you may or may not receive it in time. You receive "computer generated" messages that are very frequently inaccurate and their response to this is "we have no control over it, the computer does it." If I could give a minus 5 stars I would have.

Went to the pharmacy and stood at the counter for 4 minutes while being completely ignored, finally a girl named Sydney came over and was very rude. The girl at the front counter Nevah was very sweet. Maybe she needs to teach professional customer service to the girl in pharmacy

Rude registrar staff insulted my daughter and I. Then myself on a separate occasion. I am from a big city and I know what discrimination is because they practice it on the most elderly of my race in those establishments in my urban environment. It's sad to see this practice being re lived by the youngest of the nations work force toward anyone that isn't like them.

The pharmacy never has what you need, when you need it. I was told to call around to see if a med I needed was available somewhere else..... Isn't that your job!
