Will never recommend this place to anyone. Twice I've tried to get an inspection done there. First time I show up early, sat there for an hour until someone finally told me they couldn't do the inspection. This time I show up early, guy says oh my god, yeah show up early but we ain't doing anything until the time of appointment and walks away. Was rude and unprofessional.

Came in at 8:30 am like Roger told me too for a brake line bleed.john shows up at 10:00 looking rough from last nite and completely blows up cause my RV was there .after Watching him for a minute I noticed he kept going to his nose then looking down at his hand.We all no what that means.they just lost a long time customer do to his raging rant right in front of everyone

Called about a safety inspection and they told me they couldn’t help me out. I asked if they did them and they said yes, but they still couldn’t help me out. I dodged a bullet here.

Highly recommend this shop!! Always amazing fellas, quick with the oil change! I’m& out literally!! The best part is they are always honest with me, in what they see. I am 100% locked in with John’s Quick Lube, I will not get my oil change anywhere else.

Papa John and his crew went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We initially found our way there by asking directions from a person walking down the street with her kids. My friend was adamant about getting an oil change for her Mercedes. ? Thank God Papa John was his own boss and could determine on the spot (as he was closed already) to do an oil change for us. Fortunately for us we had an oil filter on hand and Papa John had the synthetic oil needed for our European car.We sat in the waiting area and as I looked around I could tell a lot about the owner. It was very clean and it had a lot of personal touches that he'd received from his past customers. He REALLY cared for his customers as he's been in business for numbers of years and he went out of his way for EVERY one of them!Stop by at JOHN'S QUICK LUBE in St. Joseph. Missouri if you're having any car or vehicle issues. There's a sign that reads:IF PAPA JOHN CAN'T FIX IT, YOU'RE SCREWED!
