Well, since your phone number doesn't work, that just shows me how much of a "good" company you are. Your parking lot is currently torn up, causing people to have to go the long dangerous way around to get to the other places within the same parking area. Poor choice for you guys to pull this bullshit And whoever came up with this idea has straw and marbles for brains, Not even darwin would give them a prize. And if I could give you no stars, I would, because I don't care if you're a good store or even if you're a good company when you don't think about the others in the same parking area as you, then it just shows that you have no brains.

I've gone in there several times and each time has been sub-par to mediocre service at its best. Went in there today (6/18/2024) looking for Golf equipment (Putter, maybe a driver, and some new shoes.) Got ignored by almost all associates, then when I went to ask one of the associates for help with getting fitted she walked off. I've been disappointed in service before but I can honestly say this was appalling how bad this was. Don't go to this location, it's not worth being made to feel like you don't belong.

Staff is rude and unhelpful constantly glaring at us and rolling their eyes / audibly huffing when we asked for help. Highly reccomend going else where and avoiding the rude unhelpful staff all togeather.

Went shopping for several items today, the customer service was wonderful, Gabby that was working in the shoe department went above and beyond and very knowledgeable when my husband and me asked several questions. She was very helpful :) :)
