EntertainMart is a huge store with a very large and expansive selection of diverse items for hobbies and entertainment. They have everything from video games and movies to Japanese models, manga, and cards, as well as classic cartridges and used systems. However, the organization could use some work, with stacks of items everywhere. Some customers report not finding specific popular items or gaming accessories, and note discrepancies between online stock and in-store availability, which was disappointing. The staff is generally described as relatively friendly, kind, and respectful, greeting customers and offering farewells. Despite some stock and organizational issues, many find the store awesome and highly recommend it.
