Inquired on website, called and left a message and stopped by during normal hours and it was not open. They could of been on a lunch break?

I contacted them twice by phone and left VM both times, no reply. I also filled out their service request online, no response. I was inquiring whether they could work on a Lotus. I assume they do not work on Lotus but a reply would have been appreciated and certainly more professional than simply never responding. To be fair, I cannot speak to the quality of their work, which from other reviews appears favorable.

Great people. Absolutely top tier service and a very deep well of knowledge when it comes to foreign cars. They took time to work with my extended service warranty, the office is clean and well kept with plenty of magazines, and they made sure to explain what was going on. Harlen (I think that's the spelling, sorry sir!) is a million percent honest and always willing to say what he can and cannot do.
Kind and a service leader. Bring your vehicle here if it isn't domestic and let these folks take care of you.

Had a cruise control issue with a 19 BMW X2. Harlan and the gang helped with diagnosing the issue, getting the proper parts and then installing them. Great work and would reccomend.

Harlen and his team at Eurosource are the absolute best. I had never owned a foreign brand car before and when I bought my Mercedes SUV, Eurosource was recommended to me. They have always been honest and reliable, as well as extremely affordable compared to a dealership. They recently looked at my wife's Lexus and found that there was a service bulletin issued (that the dealership had missed informing us about) and recommended that I take it back to the dealership to see if it could be fixed under warranty. The recommendation came with the knowledge that they would be missing out on the cost of doing the work themselves. To me that shows how honest they are as a business. If you have a vehicle (especially a foreign vehicle) and are in the area, I give Eurosource Autowerks my highest of recommendations!

I go here to get my VW Jetta's oil changed, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are, in my opinion, very honest about what's going on. Also, as a woman, I don't feel like anyone is ever trying to pull one over on me (this has happened in the past unfortunately). I would recommend them no matter what kind of car you have!
