The drivers refuse to deliver my packages. It was supposed to be here Friday, then Saturday and now today. They won’t even attempt delivery. I even had it routed to a drop off location so I could pick it up and they still don’t attempt delivery. When I call they say the package is being inspected and I can’t even pick it up. Can’t speak to anyone that speaks English. Can’t speak to a supervisor or even anyone at the hub in st Joseph. I absolutely can’t stand FedEx and wish none of my deliveries came through this service.

This FedEx location has to be the worst(St.Joseph, Mo.) always late and dumping packages out of trucks next to a busy highway instead of bringing it up the driveway like everyone else. You should just change your name to FederalExcuse….you've always got one

Fed Ex delivers packages in strange places. Now the driver who apparently doesn't speak english is delivering packages to the wrong addresses all of the time.

My complaint is with a driver, when I called to complain about the way he drives, unprofessional look, destroys my packages, drives in my yard, smarts off when I tried to talk to the boy, and the list goes on with this driver. So I was put in contact with the st.joe,mo sorting facility. They basically said that is to bad. I requested that all our packages be left at sorting facility for pickup, or the nearest fedx location to my address. No is what I was told and informed that the driver had better not be threatened, lmao, not one time was I asked about what he is doing to irritate me into filing numerous complaints against him. However fedx is literally losing all info I give them. I'll take ups over fedx anyway, I'll gladly pay more for their services.

My bench from Amazon has been traveling between St Joe and Weston for 3 WEEKS. On Sunday we got a message that they could not deliver as the business was closed. Nope. We were sitting at the Cafe counter at 10 am. They never showed up. I want that job, driving around and not delivering just driving around. Now we have an order of bar stools. I bought from Amazon not an Amazon seller so we could avoid FedEx. Crap! I got a FedEx tracking number.
FedEx has tanked. Avoid them whenever you can.

After reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one having serious issues with the delivery of my packages. 1st and 2nd packages were out for delivery. Only 1 was delivered. Other was marked times “no delivery attempt made”. 2nd package was out for delivery 3 times and the 3rd day it was delivered but package 3 & 4 were on the same truck when package 2 was delivered but did not receive packages 3&4. I’ve called fedex each time and a case is created. I know someone that works for FedEx and they say its because its FedEx ground. Idk what it takes to get them to “fix it” but this is insane. This is what we all are dealing with on every package delivery from FedEx. If I only had the number for the St Joe office!!!! Seriously considering a personal visit.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to call Fed Ex. Can't get thru to a person, automated system sucks. Fortunately, my neighbor brought the package to me. I will NEVER use Fed Ex. Unfortunately, I'll still have to deal with them when others ship to me. Grrr

I have had a package sitting here for three weeks and no one wants to deliver it nor will they let me come get it! It is a complete joke! After reading all the comments, this seems like a serious problem.

I have had a.package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/9, today is 12/14 and no updated tracking information. Noone from FedEx or the company I purchased the items from knows where it is. I get the run around every time I call. These 2 items in the package are special Christmas gifts for 2 of my grandsons. I have received other packages from FedEx since 12/9!! It's very annoying!

FedEx has serious leadership accountability issues in town. Had 2 deliveries scheduled over 2 days last week. First box arrived no issues. Next day, got email saying we refused delivery but they never even walked on our property. Next day they claimed bad address (was correct) then thr same night claimed the box was damaged. The following day they again claimed to try and deliver but couldn't locate the house. Even though I called and confirmed the address with customer service, they didn't even try again. Now my order is in a Black hole and nobody seems to know where it is or how to get it to us. This isn't the first time yet the drivers are useless or their mapping program is years out of date.

Chose to go to fedex because my packages were not being delivered. Had great service picking up my packages at the company location.
