Was just trying to talk to an actual person to get information on my package because it’s late but the recording wouldn’t let me it’s so annoying when all you want to do is talk to a real person to get real answers but nobody can actually use customer service anymore maybe have an option to actually talk to a human instead of a robot that tells you exactly what you could’ve found online that’s not what I was asking it’s so frustrating!! Probably won’t ever use fedex again!

Tracking information has shown my package has been on a delivery truck for three days. It even says my driver is Ashley but she has not made a delivery. Evidently the St Joseph facility on Easton Rd has no direct #. I had to deal with a moron at the main customer service # that tried to give me the same # I called her on to resolve my issue. Save yourself time and aggrevation, try UPS.

My package was inchecked on a Wednesday and was not delivered or attempted delivery until Tuesday the following week. We did have some bad weather the weekend before but the roads were all cleared by Wednesday. Wife received a package from this carrier on Monday. I ended up calling corporate to get them to deliver it. Terrible store and do not recommend.

Every time I order something and it says it going through St Joe fed ex it always takes an extra 3-4 days, never had this problem anywhere else.

Have had a package “out for delivery “ for 4 days now. I’ve contacted customer service and keep being told it’s on the truck so it will be delivered but it hasn’t arrived. No updates of where the package is or how to get my package. The customer service tells me there is no where to escalate my situation

Your drivers are ridiculous!! They put my packages on the SIDEWALK, didn't bother coming up to the door to even let us know. If it hadn't been for the mail lady telling up we had packages lying on the sidewalk, we wouldn't have know. But she didn't tell us before one of them got stolen. A very expensive item was taken. I will NEVER purchase another item that uses you for delivery.
