These guys are so helpful and efficient!! They helped replace my Kia tires and their price’s were fair. Brenda and Trey helped me understand all the work that was going to be done on my vehicle and Andre and the other team members did a good job! This is the second time I’ve used them and will definitely be going back!

A few weeks ago, I brought in my vehicle for a Missouri Vehicle Inspection. It did not pass because of a "failed bushing" on a trailing arm. This is a $30 part they wanted to charge me $178 for. It's held on literally by 2 bolts. They wanted $420 labor to install a new one. I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic who verified the bushings were in perfect shape and the vehicle passed inspection elsewhere. This is not an honest business and I will never spend another dollar there.

Really friendly people, very reliable and very fast service and for me, I wasn't used and played for a fool for more of my hard earned money. They fix the issue at hand and now my vehicle runs like it's brand new. So thank you guys, I will be back for future work.

I've been a loyal Firestone customer for over 10 years in 2 different states(Louisiana) and now Missouri. The local Firestone was able to transfer my vehicle records too.

First time to have my car maintenance here, the service Advisor Nick is very helpful, also i would like to commend the mechanic Bobby, he check the parts that no one would see, i been a working in the automotive industry so thumbs up to you all, details quotation, i just hope they would put the (brand)name of the oil they put to my mazda so i can compare it base on the performance vs my last oil

I recently visited the Firestone location on Frederick Street across from the mall for an oil change on my 2015 Mercedes-Benz with only 50,000 miles. This vehicle is rarely driven, regularly maintained, and has never had any issues. However, shortly after the oil change, my check engine light came on.
Concerned, I returned to the location the next day to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician acted as though pulling the error code was an inconvenience, but I assure you, I’m the one who is inconvenienced. I came to your establishment for routine service, and now I’m left with a problem that didn’t exist prior to my visit.
The technician dismissed the issue by claiming the error code wasn’t related to the oil change. Whether the issue was caused intentionally or by mistake, the fact remains: my car now has an error code and a check engine light on after visiting your facility. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable. No one should have to spend extra money or time resolving an issue caused by carelessness or improper service.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism I encountered. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this location. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. If you’re reading this and considering using this Firestone location, think twice—it’s not worth the risk.

The employees were pleasant, and I can only assume the work was done. I had my front end aligned (I have the life time front end alignment service.) I live over an hour away. I got no explanation of what they did or the oil change I had done. On the way home my car still shook on the highway. I need to find another Firestone soon.

Gabe was amazing and so helpful. We drove from Omaha to KC for the Chiefs Chargers game and blew a tire on the way there. We thought we’d be stuck once we got to KC but we were able to connect with Gabe and he agreed to stay later to get us a new tire. He was super quick and efficient once we got there and so genuinely kind.
We got to the game on time and were able to make it home safely. Thank you so much Gabe for going the extra mile and being so helpful.

Was just in for a new tire just one
an hour later it still hadn't been jacked the old tire still on it and for some reason they were under the hood (only know cause they didn't shut the hood properly)

I sent my disabled mother in law up there to have 4 brand new tires (that we provided) mounted and balanced on her vehicle. She returned 4 hours later without the new tires. After inspecting the vehicle at our house it was apparent that the only thing done was a tire rotation. She contacted them and they got the car in immediately to do the work that was paid for on the vehicle.
I confronted them about what was the deal, and they lied to me saying "the tech misunderstood the ticket, and put new valve stems in the wheels" the old tires were never dismounted , which Is a requirement for low profile tire with tpms sensors. 1 out of 5 starts , because 0 isn't an option.
I feel like they either A- took advantage of an elderly disabled lady, or B- the management is terrible.

We called another tire shop was told to come in. We made the trip into town and then was told they couldn't get us in until the next morning (wasted trip as we do not live in town). We were in a dilemma with a tire that had a hole in it. We called Brenda and she told us to come on down. Mind you they were closing soon. When we arrived, Bobby took our vehicle right in and repaired the tire. We would definitely recommend Brenda and Bobby. They were a "tire saver" to say the least.
