I used to like this store a lot. I hadn't there in a while, so we stopped in. I was very disappointed. The new store setup reminded me of a maze. Everything was so sectioned off. I don't like the new look, it's terrible. They still have interesting products, I just can't get past the mouse in a maze feeling of this store.

When I was getting checked out at a self checkout the girl cashier was saying that some of my items were considered cultural appropriation and judging me for buying these items as well as questioning me and my beliefs. After she shamed me she proceeds to give her self a 5 star review when it was asking me. It’s not fair at all how they can give themselves 5 stars when they did not earn that, especially after judging me for buying certain merchandise. Do better.

I don’t know the woman’s name who rang me up tonight, but she was rude to me regarding items I was buying. Trying to make me feel bad for what I was purchasing saying it was cultural appropriation. Then gave herself a 5 star review that the customers are supposed to answer. I can’t figure out why they switched to self checkouts but make an associate do it for you anyways. Every time they give themselves a 5 for excellent service. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years. You do not make people feel bad for the things they are buying. So unprofessional.
