Had the chicken quesadilla and Texas fries. Pretty good. Crew did not immediately know how to get the local game on, but resolved it quickly. People should come here more often for their sports options and food. Parking great.

Pretty disappointed, got the family pumped about game night, and heard they had good food. I’m sure their food is great, but I ordered 5 different menu items and they were out of all 5. Ended up drinking beer instead, so not a total lose. But what kind of bar next to a bowling alley doesn’t have pitchers of beer, my favorite part was out of the 6 beers on tap they had 1 in stock. Unbelievable!!!

I know how ratings can bring in people so I'm rating Gamers Grill a 5.. but know that not being immediately greeted at the door, the lack of expression, attention or communication from our server, and the extra wait we endured because the server didn't communicate to the cook was irritating. When you are the host/server, you should always look at the door to make sure you're not missing customers. Greet them with enthusiasm.. "Are you dining with us this evening?" "It's open seating, I'll follow you!" Then watch for refills. We were one of two tables occupying the lobby. Messed up the order ... That's ok. It happens. But when you're customer says I got the wrong thing.. You should immediately apologize and show urgency in correcting the issue. We had to wait and realized the correct meal had not been communicated to the cook at all. Last but not least ... Smile! It's the simplest form of gesture. I work in customer service and I assure you a smile goes a long way. We may try to visit again later down the line and give them a chance to improve the customer service. BTW the food was decent.

We had 3 meals on our order and they messed up all 3.Didn't bring the sides to go with my sons steak,Forgot a patty on my husband's hamburger ,Forgot the mushrooms on my burger. And when trying to get a card to play the arcade the boy working there told me to get quarters from the bar. The machines do not take quarters.
