I'm devastated. I have been using this pharmacy for a little while and until recently had been absolutely ecstatic about their service. I live in a triple plex and Mt apartment is on the top floor. The door to my apartment shares a stairwell with one of the other apartments so there is a front porch door that no one can hear. The same man delivers every time. I don't ask him to come up the stairs I just request he call so I can know when he's outside. After being human trafficked I find it hard to leave my home so them not calling and then refusing to deliver after they gave their word and then didn't follow through is heartbreaking. The inconsistency of the services and unfortunate attitude of the staff is deplorable.

Genoas' Pharmacy is working with me to get some very expensive medication I need. They are very kind and thoughtful for a business. I can't express how much I appreciate them. The nurses there are exceptional!

This facility provides a much needed service to our community. They work well with their customers, in order to help get and give them what they need. The services provided are extremely valuable on much more than a monetary value; safety, security, privacy, affordability, convenience, comfort, etc. If they can not help you there, they will get you in touch with those that can!

I wouldn't even give them one star if that were possible. They provide terrible service by filling your regular monthly prescriptions at the last minute. This is due to the fact that they contest with the mental health facilities that they have there pharmacy in. It is awful and causes individuals to have interruptions in there medications. Family Guidance is just as bad for pushing their clients to do business with them just because they have a contract and deal with them that clients are unaware of.

This is the BEST Pharmacy in this town!! All employees are AWESOME and truly care about their customers 100%!! I'll NEVER STOP going to them!! Love all of you guys!
