Called ahead before closing, was told as long as you make it here by 5 we can get you in. They failed to mention the door is locked at 4:55. Just tell me no and don’t let me waste a trip in.
Update: 2nd visit
Wouldn’t let me check in online. Get there at 4:30, 22 minute wait (3 people on the list), sorry we are full!

Hours are never honored here! Randomly closed, or opening late and closing early. Google info is not updated, for example their current hours are 10am, not the 9am on Google.

Well if you just want your hair cut it’s fine. But they can’t do anything like a photo you have shown them. There just more interested in getting the next customer. They tell you they have cut hair for some time but only not quality but next customer only

You've gotta come early when nobody else has arrived for their online check-in so that you're gonna be first on the line.
Casey did a pretty much good job on trimming my hair. Don't forget to tip good especially when you're satisfied with the service.

I've been there three times in a row. Haircuts are expensive in general, but they are competitive here. I've been lucky to get the same lady each time. She's nailed it each time I visited. Lots of compliments. I never had such luck in Kansas City.

Checked in online. Arrived at the place 10 minutes after my "15 minute warning" text. They had taken my name off of the list already and moved it to the bottom during a busy time. I waited around 25 minutes and then left without getting a haircut. Don't expect them to honor their own check-in system or you may be disappointed.

Very hard to get in. Some days one of our two close locations are closed. Others have shorter hours. Online check in is almost always full.

Went there today with my grandma. She needed a haircut did the online appointment. Went there 30 mins early, checked in. The old lady with the short hair asked her if she had this girl there because my grandma loved that girl. The lady we was talking to was just rude and has an attitude for no reason. We waited 30 mins for a haircut, that rude lady was done with a haircut all she did was walk to the back and never came back up. Then the other lady that was there was almost done cutting this little boys hair and that rude lady came up and was talking to her saying something about my grandma in front of her. Then the both of them was just saying some rude stuff about her and never cut my grandmas hair, had her seat another 20 mins and the both of them just went to the back and never came back up. So we ended up leaving !! Never will we every come back to a place like that where the people are rude and make people seat for a long time for no reason.
