Never open and when they are they will close early. The sign says closes at 6pm but always closes early. Like they never want to work. Most people get off at 4 or 5. They are a JOKE!!!!!!!

I would never waste my money going there again. The person that cut my 18 yr old son's hair started crying, and said she wasn't comfortable cutting the style he wanted. He cut a 12 inches off of his very pretty 0native hair. I'm so mad, I'm furious. I'm in a wheelchair or I would have went with him. Uuuuggghhhhhh

Aweful. Won't let you check in online walk ins only then when you get there refused service. 3rd time trying to get haircut. Wife went in previously with specific cut request and woman was too enthusiastic with scissors. Wife had extremely long hair and woman chopped it above shoulders with 1 cut

Danielle did a great job and both her and the other stylist working, were very nice. It was super easy to check-in online and it showed me my approximate wait time and what order I was in on the wait list.

I came into the store right at open. There were two stylists, and was told that they didn’t have enough people to curl my hair. I was offered a cut when I came into the store so how does that make sense when they have enough people to cut my hair to wash it and dry it but not to curl it??? Seems like the employees don’t want my money or they don’t want to work. I will not be back.

Let me first start off by saying Tiffany, the manager, is one of the absolute worst managers I have ever met. I went in this afternoon to get my haircut like I have multiple times and ended up overhearing how the employees at this establishment are treated and talked to. I checked in at the front desk and decided to run to the bathroom before I was called back. On my way back to the bathroom, I heard two employees having an argument in one of the side rooms with the door wide open. I could hear Tiffany belittling one of the employees and shouting at them. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even get to use the bathroom, I just turned around and went back to waiting. I honestly didn't want to get my haircut after that, but it’s been a few months and I was overdue. Before I left, I ended up having to ask one of the stylists and that’s how I found out who the manager was. I can’t believe a business would allow such a hateful woman to represent them. You should be ashamed of yourself. I also asked for the number to corporate and believe me, I will definitely be giving them a call as well.

Danielle is horrible she didn't cut my hair right after explaining and showing a picture then a week later she did my brothers hair an completely made him bald when he was jus supposed to get a trim will never go back she sucks

Took my son in to get his haircut. been going there 5 years told Danielle to shave the back of his head only and she ended up shaving my son's whole head ? came out bald never ever will I Go there again ??
