The approval process was fairly easy. The parts that wasn’t easy was on my end. Any question I have had, has been answered in a timely manner. The MHP is quiet. So far, we love it here.

My daughter lives there. Love the area ♡The potholes in the trailer park are awful. I am hoping they will be repaired soon.Update as of 2023!! They paved it!!! ? it is much better!!
