When you go to buy appliances, be prepared to wait on your purchase. They do not keep inventory on all appliances. Part of the process When buying and closing the delivery option, it will tell you it can be delivered in three days ( OK I can live with that - they do provide free installation) but upon finalizing they push that delivery back 3 more days. Smh they were paid, now we wait........disappointment is the word.

Ordered a Refrigerator with delivery and setup... product arrived as scheduled, delivery team was courteous but failed to level Refrigerator or ensure everything worked. Please do better team Home Depot...

Home Depot customer service has really gone down hill. I can't even tell if anyone works there half the time. Also their app is a PITA.

Never fails, lazy lazy lazy, appliance delivery people! There was some sediment on the old washer hoses and the delivery people refused to take them off and didn't even try! They stood there and watched my wife try to take them off and then they just walked away and left! We paid to have them hook up the new one but they refused. Home Depot is pathetic!

The associate in the paint department, Charles, is disrespectful and uses profane language with customers. I am shocked his behavior has not seemed to be addressed. Very unprofessional interaction.

I am giving this St. Joseph,, MO, Home Depot Store five stars due to the Manager, Dale and the salesman, Carl who was also very helpful. I had a couple of issues, which were not the manager's fault, but only his position could resolve these issues. He calmly, professionally and efficiently took care of these issues. He actually went above and beyond. They will work with you on any issues and not stop until the customer is satisfied. All staff were so friendly and nice. I will definitely be shopping again at Home Depot in St. Joseph, MO! Thank you, especially Dale, Manager. You are awesome.

Came in on Memorial Day to help my family member get an entire kitchen setup. Cabinets, countertops, appliances, the works. The team was amazing! Russ helped get everything picked, taken up front for us, and even loaded onto the trailer. It was a great experience! Thank you Russ for making this whole transaction so much easier!

Tired of walking in getting 0 help and then when we go to check out getting accused of stealing. Son grabbed a piece of candy and began unwrapping rude checkout lady goes “ EXCUSE ME HES UNWRAPPING THAT.” as my card is in the machine paying for it. Get your employees under control tired of spending thousands of dollars with this store only to be treated like a criminal. Worst employees ever.

I like Home Depot very much. I usually go there first for my tool needs. They have great plants as well. This is what I was looking for and they had quite a nice variety of them this spring. Quality and the prices were pretty good too.
