I don't see how this place stays in business? There is no one in the cabinet department that knows how to design cabinets. Severally, employees are rude. I have step foot in Home Depot about 7 times in my life.

Cashier (jaidyn?) Ill tempered and under trained. After rining up a large tool box the cashier gave me the total to which I replied im sorry I also have a cart full. I the transaction went down hill from their. She seemed to be unhappy that I was taking time to wright a check as my form of payment then had issues with the printer when trying to run the check. She became further upset walked away without a word leaving me wandering what I had done to make this transition go south. The second cashier was pleasant and was able to get the printer fixed with minimal effort . All the while the first cashier paced back and forth at the far end of the checkouts. Neither employe offerd assisatance with the large tool box. Homedepot is a well organized and economical place to do business and I will continue to do so . I just had to get this off my chest .

I bought 2 solar panal light sockets & someone wrote on the package that they were broken. Lowe's taped them both up & put them back on the shelf to resale...so sad ?

Whoever is working in the garden center is doing a great job! All the plants there yesterday were not only healthy but thriving and had wet soil like someone actually cares about them.

Customer service has declined. I walked into the store at approximately 11 AM and asked to speak to somebody in the lawn care department. The normal person that handles the area was on lunch break. I was then told that nobody in the store could be of service to me, as he was the only one who was capable of advising me on my purchase. As I asked in amazement about this policy, someone who worked at the store, walked by. He was able to offer me assistance, and the store gained a sale of $1000. The girl at the counter, could care less about learning how to handle these types of situations better in the future. I am going to end nicely and just say that I am amazed that this is the type of work force that we have employed at our local Home Depot. Again I did have a gentleman that did give great service.

I quit going a long time ago because there is never anyone to help nor any care of customer service. I went there tonight because a friend needed to go get something real quick.As we were checking out at the customer service desk, somebody called in and asked for 10lb fire extinguishers. The girl answered and immediately said “no we don’t” and hung up.My friend said “you guys have fire extinguishers down that isle, I just passed a bunch of them”, and I pulled my phone out and on the HD app looked it up and told her they were in isle 1 bay 20. As we were leaving the counter, she told someone behind her, if someone calls in about fire extinguishers let them know we have them.It was solid evidence to continue to not do business there. ?

This is a well run store. Everything is easy to find and the employees are helpful. Dale, the store manager, does good work leading the crew.

Don't order anything that needs to be delivered! Manager's (Chad and Charity), are not in touch with dispatch, even if they say they are.... delivery driver's will contradict everything they say. It's a no win situation!! We ordered thousands of dollar's worth of product to be delivered on a Monday. Get a call that air brakes are out and parts won't come in until Monday. Then get call from Liz to say they sent someone to Oklahoma to pick up another flatbed truck. However.... didn't make a difference, said they still wouldn't deliver until Thursday....3 days even later than promised. Truck driver gets there today and says this delivery was a surprise and didn't know there were any deliveries as the truck was supposed to be down for two weeks. Then he says stuff that totally contradicts what management had told us. We have contractors on a deadline and EVERY delay costs hundreds of dollars daily!! Pay for my hotel room if you can't get it to me when it states it will be!! Will NEVER do business as this again!!Now!!! Wanna talk about the item that sat in a distribution center for THREE days before getting delivered? And that's only after me contacting them directly 3 days in a roll?!?!?!No accountability
