Overall great experience, I am usually a die-hard honda fan but the day I was looking for a bike honda wasn't much help and didn't have the bike I was looking for. Salesman wasn't very educated on the bike I was buying but he had told me he knew more about the mowers and powers ports equipment but they printed out a spec sheet for me. The wait to hear back from the finance company was much shorter wait than I had been told to expect, wasn't In the building for very long quick process and the guy in the parts area who I bought my gear from was also very friendly and nice, as well as helpfull. I was there about 15 minutes before closing but didn't feel rushed and left with a bike before there closing time.

I bought my Gravely Pro 72 a few years back. I have really enjoyed my mower. But the Service Dept is top notch as well. They are quick and efficient. I recommend Horizon Outdoor.

Bought a Can Am Spyder there and even though they are still a Can Am dealer, they dropped the Spyder and won't work on them anymore. This will cause me a huge headache. I read they had caused someone else this issue with another product. Beware this place!

Sad thing is we have bought a lot of stuff from this place but they are rude until they know you want to buy something, well after walking out this time and going somewhere else we found a lot more respectful place to buy from price is just a little different but it was all the respectful and the way we was treated that earned our business,
