“Best T-Mobile store ever!! Went in late last night and the staff members were amazing and very pleasant! We were bring numbers to T-Mobile and they stayed there almost an hour after closing time helping us out. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs!”

“My wife and I took an adventure today to inquire about switching services to T-Mobile as well as help our sons out with relief from a phone expense due to that they are in College trying to get by in this world. So, the daily goal of this adventure was to get 4 new lines and I was a tad bit apprehensive and not looking forward to the event… because you have to admit in this day you just don’t know how customer service is going to be or how people are going to act period. But with that, we were on a mission and pushed forward. From the second, we walked in that store the vibe was positive and we were greeted by two employees by the name of Austin and Jordan. They immediately got down to business And we’re great guys as a whole! They had no problem with answering my questions and being patient with me and getting us the best deal we could possibly to fit our budget and to be able to help our sons. They were super laid-back and chill and very professional and are really good at what they do. They helped us set up our phones they helped my son set up their phones when ones out of state, In Texas is going to school and the other ones in Springfield, Missouri and everything went smooth and even when there was a couple rough spots, what I considered to be rough spots in technology, they never lost their composure or did they get frustrated even as the store continued to fill up with people they stayed focused on the task and really did a fantastic job representing that there are still good young men in this world. That may sound exaggerated, but it’s not at all, good people need to stick together in this world and good people need to be recognized and when somebody’s doing a good job, I believe they need to be told about it and other people need to know that they’re doing exactly what they’re supposed to be doing for customer service, and treating people with a true care and respect that this world is lacking. Leaving that store today set the vibe for the rest of our day. My family and I left there with smiles on our faces and then Paid it forward to other people we came across the rest of the day. It takes just a few seconds to be kind. It takes just a few seconds to be patient with people even when things seem a little frustrating or whatever the case may be. These guys had all those attributes and I just wanted to say thank you Jordan and Austin for your service today and for helping my family achieve our goal. You guys are too great dudes, man and I appreciate you. Keep pushing and being a light in this world at whatever you embark on!”

“Called and spoke to customer service they were very nice. Very knowledgeable and weren't trying to talk me into their biggest package, only what I thought I would need and I could upgrade later if need be. They sent someone out to see if we had good line of sight for service. Unfortunately we don't. we can't get service currently. Still one of the better places I have spoken with in town.”
